Experience
Mr. Islam has over 9 years of experience in engineering and construction industry and 6 years in Oil and Gas Industry. He is a licensed engineer eligible to practice in the State the State. Mr. Islam was a President of Gold King Petroleum in 1991-1998. Supervise upper management personnel. Accurately evaluated a number of oil and gas properties for acquisition and divestment, thereby increasing the company's revenue. One acquisition in particular in which the company bought from Conoco in Michigan evaluated at $25 million.

Mr. Islam has also supervised the construction of 45,000 sq ft shopping center to numerous service stations and convenience stores. Served as an information resource person to all level of personnel, and provided liaison function between the customer and company to insure open channels of communication at all times. Demonstrated excellent time and work management skills to facilitate varying work load requirements. Responsible for ensuring all safety and regularity standards/guidelines were addressed by the company personnel.

Zia H. Syed

Experience
Mr. Syed is a highly motivated Engineering professional, possessing 20 years of increasingly responsible and diversified experience with effective skills in problem solving, project management, system design and implementation in both private and public sector of the State of Texas. Mr. Syed researched on aerodynamic noise sources for Ford Motor Company at Texas Tech University which was a major source of Ford Taurus noise reduction project. Mr. Syed served as an assistant professor at the Mechanical Department of BUET for more than 2 years teaching in fluid mechanics, heating and ventilation systems, and advanced engineering courses.

Ahsan Chowdhury, Ph.D., P.E.

Experience
Dr. Ahsan Chowdhury worked in the Electrical Engineering industry for 15 years. He led quite a few large and complex Electrical Engineering projects involving multi-discipline, multi-site and multi-national research and development. He served senior executive and technical positions (such as Vice President of Engineering, Director of Engineering, Design Manager, Engineering Project Lead, Principal Engineer) for a number of public and private corporations with sizes ranging from 15 to 1,000 employees. He also worked as an Engineering Consultant for a number of Energy companies at Texas. Dr. Chowdhury actively participates at the Texas Electric Market Design and has been involved in developing a number of Nodal Protocol for Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT).

He was an Assistant Professor at BUET. He has 8 patents in the field of Electrical Engineering and has published several papers in IEEE journals and conferences. Dr. Chowdhury serves as the Chairman of the Asian American Resource Center (AARC) Advisory Board and working with Austin City Council on this large community and city project with estimated project cost of $35M. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.

Lilia Poliakova

Experience
Ms. Poliakova has over six years of experience in engineering and construction industry. She is an Engineer-in-Trainee and currently working toward obtaining professional engineer license in Texas. Ms. Poliakova's experience includes design and construction of large sewage treatment plants, water treatment plants and high-rise apartments. Currently Ms. Poliakova prepares construction documents and assists in the procurement of materials for construction projects.

Martty Moon

Position: Project Engineer

Experience
Mr. Moon has over ten years of engineering experience. Mr Moon's experience is mostly with local city projects. As a project engineer at DFW Airport, he prepared schedule using Critical Path Method (CPM) in order to expedite project completion. As a Graduate Student at the university of Texas at Arlington, he conducted research on Traffic Management for the DFW Airport. As a staff engineer at MJR, Mr. Moon assists in civil engineering design and construction management. In addition, Mr. Moon also designs and supervises installation of HVAC system for new projects

Sherilyn Adam

Position: Project Architect

Educational Background

  • Bachelors of Science (B.Sc.) in Architecture: Texas A & M University, College Station, Texas, 1986

Experience
Ms. Adam has over fifteen yeras of experience in the design of buildings, public recreational facilities, and parks. Specifically, Ms. Adam worked as a design architect for Annheiser Bush Theme Park in Orlando, Florida for several years. As a design architect, Ms. Adams designed facilities to house games and recreational activities. As a Project Architect at MJR, Ms. Adam assists in Architectural design development and construction management.
