We have successfully finished complete Engineering Designs for more than 200 large projects ranging from retail shopping centers to multi-storied hotels. Our largest design project is a 280,000 sqft retail center in Houston, Texas. We guarantee the quickest engineering design completion. Our average turnaround time is 30 days for completing the design and submitting to the city for permit approval.
We have also successfully completed more than 50 construction projects. Our day to day construction site operation is supervised by Licensed Professional Engineers (P.E.) to ensure quality schedule and compliance with engineering codes and standards. Our experienced field supervisors and technicians are all OSHA trained to ensure hazards and safety.
In addition, we assist our clients the aesthetic end of a project in choosing colors and design to give each project the eye catching appeal it deserves.
3D Rendering: We provide our clients complete architectural renderings visualization and 3D fly-through animations allowing clients to see the building structure in an animated footage, a visualization of how the building or interior space would look like in the future.
Environmental Services Our environmental engineers are equipped with providing Phase I and II Environmental Services, such as Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan preparation (SWPPPP), which are essential for successful completion of the permitting process and also the completion of the project.
